If a maker does not work
It helps to know:
- the maker you used, plus the country and document for an ID photo
- your device and browser, such as Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on Windows
- what you expected, and what you saw instead
If an ID photo rule has changed
Offices revise their photo rules now and then. If one now asks for something different, send the document's name and a link to the official page so the size can be brought up to date.
About your photos
Your photos are processed on your device, so we never see them. Describing the problem in words is normally enough; please don't attach ID documents or pictures of other people.
